The group was founded by Mhd Anwar Alshaboun, a Syrian-German entrepreneur whose journey began in Syria and later brought him to Europe as a refugee. From an early age, he carried a simple but powerful belief: that success should be used to help others. As a child, he dreamed that if he ever achieved success in business, he would dedicate part of it to supporting those in need — helping the elderly and creating educational opportunities for children who cannot access schools. Experiencing different cultures and overcoming challenges along his journey strengthened his belief that entrepreneurship can be a powerful force for independence, opportunity, and community development. This belief eventually became the foundation of AMA GROUP — a platform for building businesses that combine ambition, responsibility, and lasting impact.
